Syrian domain registration terms
- Registration is an exclusive, renewable licence for one to ten years — it does not confer ownership.
- Domains are allocated first-come, first-served, subject to approval by the Syrian domain authority.
- The name and site content must not violate Syrian law or religious and ethical values.
- Government names are reserved for government entities; trademarked names require written authorisation from the owner.
- Hadqah processes your request within 1–48 business hours of complete documents and payment. If the authority rejects the request, you are refunded in full.
- Your documents are kept strictly confidential and used only for registration.
