Account details (name, email, phone), order details, and — for Syrian domain registrations — identity or commercial registration documents required by the registry.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, process orders, register and renew domains with registrars and registries, send service notifications, and provide support.

Sharing

Data is shared only with parties required to deliver the service: the domain registrar, the Syrian domain authority for .sy registrations, and the payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Registration documents are stored outside the public web root and are accessible only to authorised staff. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected], subject to records we must retain for registry or legal obligations.
