These terms govern your use of Hadqah services, including software products, development services and domain registration.

Services

Hadqah provides software systems, development and marketing services, and domain registration for global and Syrian (.sy) extensions. Service specifics, pricing and delivery times are stated on the relevant service page or in your written quote.

Domain registration

Global domains are registered automatically after payment is confirmed. Syrian .sy domains are registered manually with the Syrian domain authority and require signed forms and identity or commercial registration documents; processing takes 1–48 business hours after complete documents and payment. Domain registration grants an exclusive, renewable licence for the registered period — it does not confer permanent ownership. If the authority rejects a .sy request, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment and renewals

Prices are displayed before purchase, including the renewal price. Renewal is the customer’s responsibility; we send reminders before expiry but cannot guarantee recovery of a domain that has lapsed.

Customer data

Documents submitted for domain registration are kept confidential and used solely for the registration process.
