1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of Hdqah Company’s (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) products and services, including: DOFS, Nozule, Mudeer, Basetah, Markaz, and any other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

Hdqah provides a suite of software products for businesses and individuals, including marketing content management, social media scheduling and publishing, order and operations management, and HR systems.

3. Account Terms

• You must be legally eligible to enter into binding contracts in your country.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create or publish through our platforms.
• Publishing content that violates applicable laws in Saudi Arabia or any other jurisdiction is prohibited.
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party is prohibited.
• Using the service for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes is prohibited.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt our systems or servers is prohibited.

5. Content Ownership

Content you create remains yours. By uploading or creating content through our platforms, you grant Hdqah a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Hdqah claims no ownership rights over your content.

6. Third-Party Platform Connections

When connecting social platform accounts (such as LinkedIn, X, Meta, TikTok) to our services:

• You independently agree to those platforms’ terms of service.
• We commit to using access permissions only for purposes you have explicitly approved.
• You may disconnect at any time from your account settings.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Service fees are determined according to the selected subscription plan.
• Payments are processed through certified and secure providers.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice.

8. Account Termination

Hdqah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or where suspicious or harmful activity is detected. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. Hdqah is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses resulting from use or inability to use the service.
• Content created by or the responsibility of users.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure.

10. Modifications to Terms

Hdqah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
